Testimonials
“For many years, I have had the pleasure of working with HWCF, representing their fund members in matters of workers’ compensation. I have also had the opportunity to similarly work for several other providers of workers’ compensation coverage. I have found HWCF to be a unique company, genuinely concerned for the well being of their fund members while striving to balance a positive outcome with what is fair and just under the system. The dedication and hard work of the experienced individuals handling claims for HWCF show through in their efforts on behalf of the many entities they cover. As a defense attorney, it is a pleasure having HWCF as a partner in the process of defending workers’ compensation claims, with such a partnership leading to the best possible result for the fund members.”

“It has been my privilege to work with the many professionals of the Healthcare Workers’ Compensation Fund for the past eighteen years. During these years, I have come to recognize, appreciate and respect the distinct, constant and unsurpassed level of caring and professionalism demonstrated by HWCF. The caring and professionalism is not only extended to their members but to the claimants and vendors as well. Often times in speeches and during “in-house” training sessions of similar types of companies, I encourage them to model their operations after the fine example set by HWCF.”

“HWCF provides excellent service on top of the stability of a fix fee arrangement without the uncertainty of a self-insured plan.”
